Digital Downloads All sales of digital products (printable coloring pages) are final. Because files are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your download has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file or a delivery error — please contact us at globalstudiosart@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products Physical coloring books are currently available through Amazon. Direct purchase from our website is coming soon. Return and refund policies for physical products will be updated here when they become available.

Damages & Delivery Issues If you did not receive your download confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the issue persists, contact us at globalstudiosart@gmail.com and we'll resend your files right away.

European Union If you are located in the European Union, by completing your purchase and accessing your digital download, you acknowledge that the digital content has been made available to you immediately and waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.
