What is your return policy?

All printable coloring pages are final sale. Returns for all other items may be accepted after internal review if item is damaged upon delivery. Please send an email to globalstudiosart@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

How can I confirm the authenticity of an e-mail from GLObal Studios?

Authentic GLObal Studios e-mail communications will be from globalstudiosart@gmail.com or noreply@digital-downloads.com. We will not request any personal information via email.

Can I wash my mug in the dishwasher?

The mugs are dishwasher friendly, but we recommend hand washing them.

Will I receive a coloring book in the mail?

If you purchase our coloring pages, you will receive an email that includes an attached PDF file within seconds of purchasing. We do not ship coloring books directly from GLObal Studios. Our paperback coloring books are available on Amazon.com.

What kind of paper should I use to print my coloring pages?

We recommend printing on plain white, 8 1/2 x 11 (A4) letter sized printing paper. We do not recommend using any of the below options:

-Paper sizes: A1, A2, A3

-Colored paper

-Glossy or Photo paper

How long will it take to receive my PDF file?

Your coloring pages will be sent to the provided email address immediately after purchase. If you do not see it in any of your folders (including spam) within 5 minutes, please email The GLO Team at globalstudiosart@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
